We act as the bridge between Project delivery and best practice operations, ensuring every new or changed service is ready for the pressures of live use on day one — and sustainable for many more.

We build complete Service Design Packages — defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC), and Operating Models that align with business goals.

Service Transition

We guide programmes through readiness gates — from build and test, through Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and Early Life Support (ELS/Hypercare), to Business-as-Usual (BAU) handover.

Transformation Governance

Operational Readiness & Risk Management

How we work

Our Path-to-Live Framework defines seven progressive best practice aligned gates:
1. Demand & Screening – capture and validate new demand.
2. Initiation & Scoping – agree scope, NFRs and service artefacts.
3. Design, Build & Test – develop the Service Design Document (SDD) and iterate against SACs.
4. Operational Readiness Review – confirm OAT completion and risk closure for Go/No-Go.
5. Hypercare / Early Life Support – monitor KPIs, stabilise and improve.
6. Handover to BAU – verify acceptance, knowledge transfer and sign-off.
7. Continuous Improvement – feed lessons learned back into the NFR library.

This process ensures traceability from design through live service, with measurable assurance at every stage.
