Elexon shifted from single to multi‑supplier while modernising on Azure, demanding a shared operating model and tighter acceptance.

What we did

• Designed a SIAM‑aware TOM; clarified accountabilities through RACI/RTM and joint CABs.
• Embedded SDI gates, OAT, ORR, ELS; aligned contracts & service credits to operational reality.
• Codified runbooks/SOPs, knowledge and reporting.
